PERSONNAL DATA
The Cercle de Généalogie Juive (CGJ) asks its members to communicate certain information concerning them (personal data), which allows the provision of the services it offers (access to genealogy databases) and the management of subscribed subscriptions (sending information mail and various communications related to genealogy). The CGJ attaches great importance to the protection of the personal data of its members; at the time of their membership and subsequently at any time, members can freely determine the personal data concerning them that they agree to share with other members. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY / RIGHTS GRANTED TO USERS
The Cercle de Généalogie Juive and/or its potential partners or subcontractors are the exclusive holders of all intellectual property rights relating to both the structure and the content of the website www.genealoj.org and this all over the world. As such, they cannot be used for any other purpose than that provided for herein.
The CGJ grants members - and Internet users for the public accessible part - for the sole purpose of informing them as part of their personal or professional genealogical research and within the limits defined below, the right to reproduce all or part of the content of the site for storage for the purpose of display on a single-user screen and reproduction in one copy for backup or printing on paper.
