foreigners entering France- application for citizenship?

Bonjour,
Would there be any kind of record for my Polish born great grandparents (GOLDFARB) immigrating to France (Paris) with 3 children between 1877-1885?
Thank you.

quelques pistes

179 GOLDFARB are reported in France between 1891 and 1990 (especially in Paris).Today, 73 telephone subscribers bear this name. Can you give us other information ?

DANIEL GOLDFARB-MARYA / MIRIAM ETKOWICZ

Great grandparents were married in Poland in 1877.
They had 9 children. 3 born in Poland, the rest in Paris.
The 4th child and the first one born in Paris was Charles born May 10, 1885 in Paris.
Filae has a record of Charles being a registered citizen in 1906- which I do not understand why.
So I guess Daniel, his wife and children must have immigrated between 1877 and 1885

The law of 1889 stipulates that young foreigners born in France and who, at the time of their majority, are domiciled in France, will be French, unless they have declined French nationality in the year preceding their majority. In 1906 Charles born in 1885 is 21.
So, this is not a naturalization, but a declaration by the father for a son born in France and having reached the legal age is to be considered French.
