I am trying to obtain a birth record of an individual born in Morocco about 1933. I tried contacting the Archives Diplomatiques in France, but they said they do not have records after 1918, and suggested I contact this group. Can anyone help me in locating this birth record?

The person is Prosper Malka, born in Casablanca, Morocco, on 25 December 1933. The birth year may be 1934 or 1935, but the date should be 25 December.
Prosper married Ester Moyal in April 1956 in Casablanca.
That is all the information I have on him. Any help in identifying his parents will be greatly appreciated.
