Kerner family from Paris - advice needed

Dear colleagues,
I’m new to this community. Right now trying to find out any information about Kerner family that had the origin in Ukraine and lived in Paris 12 from the beginning of 20-ies until 1941. I found them on 1931 and 1936 census records and death record for the head of the family dd 1941. Info about their three sons can be found at the list of Jews Deported From France. Now I need advice on the following problems:
At Service Historique de la Defence I found files for all three sons, that are marked as Archive notice. If somebody has experience with this Archive – dos it mean that they may hold more detailed information then on the web site. And if yes, how is it possible to get excess to this information? I don't see any online services there.
Where a death record for the person that lived in Paris 12 (Quartier de Picpus) and died approx.1937 – 1940 can be found? I don’t see any information at filae.com.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance
